Court of Appeal Filing Fee Increases to take effect July 1, 2022
Pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 13, Sections 10.3, 35, and 86, the Court collects certain fees for filings, the Judges' Supplemental Compensation Fund, and the Louisiana Judicial College. Effective July 1, 2022, the following new fee amounts are in effect:
$328.00 - For filing a civil record of appeal
$178.00 - For filing a civil writ application
$103.50 - For filing a rehearing application (in a civil appeal or in a civil writ)
